If i have over 300 guppies in a 35 gallon tank is it bad?

the ammonia and nitrite may increase to poisonous levels and kill everything. There's nothing special you can do but to give away many of your fish. Plecos alone can grow REALLY huge and will not fit in the 35g tank...so I suggest you take away the plecos and keep about 20 guppies.
