$248 misdemeanor theft in maryland?

I recently found myself being dumb enough to be coaxed into helping someone steal from a department store. Aside from the obvious fact that I will be paying restitution, I am more worried about how this would effect me getting a job. I have yet to go to court because I was given a uniform criminal citation. I was never taken to the PD station but the citation is a CJIS 3-5010 and it has a $500 fine attached to it. I would like to know, will a misdemeanor like this come up on a background check when I apply for a job. Jailbroken ipod touch 2g HELP?

Okay so I have a jailboken iPod touch 2g. I jailbroke it with Quickfreedom (Tysiphonehelp). So I was downloading like fiveirows or something on cydia and then when I hit restart springboard, it just had the pinwheel and didn't do anything. The way an Asian outfit is put together is more unorthodox, I guess you could say, compared to a Western outfit, like wearing an oversized tee and a cardigan with a miniskirt or something to that effect (kind of a weak example). What diopter goggles would I need?

I'd suggest going and asking your optiican. I have my perscription goggles through them adn they are more able to pick a good fit and proper lens. However have you tried swimming in daily contacts? They are mively better than perscription goggles which tend to be heavy , mist up and get covered in water drops so swimming isn't easy. I've worn contacts to swim in for 40 years and never had an infection from it. I use dailies for swimming and chuck them out at the end of the day although I do swim more in teh sea than a swimming pool.

Well, if you had bread crumbs, eggs and cheese you could make chicken parmesan. BUT this is what I would do: Season your chicken with salt and pepper. Take a tablespoon of er or oil and heat in a pan (I am uming these are boneless ). When hot, add your chicken s and saute until browned on the one side (about 7 minutes or so - flip and cook for another 5 to 7. (they don't have to be all the way done...) Add ragu and a pinch of oregano and basil, bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime be cooking your pasta - drain and serve with chicken and sauce on top!

People are always confusing ADD with Dyslexic symptoms, and it is very easy to do. How I know is one of my children has this, when he was medicated for ADD he became very, very sick, we took him off of the med, I watched him closely, he is very dyslexic, its like when he even reads, he cant get it to stay in his brain, it actually retracts it. And honestly he cant help it. It also has a common factor of ADD symptoms because of how it disturbs you when any noises are in the room. Ask your doc to help you determine between the two.

At 35w3d, would they induce labor if you found out you had preeclampsia? How do i get in shape for soccer?

im 14 and soccer starts April 16 IVE NEVER PLAYED BEFORE, and im playing travel which is like for beginners, i have about a month and a half for training... I REALLY want to play forward (striker) or midfield, i go to a privet gym everyday after school go on a advanced elliptical and set resistance on about 7 and height to about 2 and it works out my thighs and calves. I keep going till i burn about 250-270 calories and my heart rates high an my calves are sore. Then i go to a calve machine set it on 60 pounds and do three sets, and then a different calve machine then i work out some other part of my body BUT IM ONLY DOING CALVE MACHINES 2WICE A WEEK. and when i get home i do about 50 push ups and 70 sit ups and like 70 toe foot raises or whatever they call them. O and when the weather niceness up i have a soccer Field close to my house im going to go practice kicks and dribbles and goals AND im on a HEALTHY DIET im eating lots of healthy meals NO MORE CHIPS CANDY JUNK POP, and drinking lots of water any tips on how i can get faster and better at dribbling and shooting and well everything sites would be helpful to THANKS 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER

I was in a car accident 5 months ago.....my foot was injured pretty bad swelled up and bruised for two weeks i couldnt put weight on it all......the first doc told me to just rest it a few days.....well a month later it still wasnt better. i went to a second doctor who exrayed didnt tell me much and had me wear a walking boot for 5 weeks......i stopped wearing the boot and tried a good pair of stiff soled shoes.......i been havinguionstant pain so i went to a third doctor.......he said a have a bunion caused by the accident......he has given me two cortisone shots.....the shots hurt pretty bad and dont seem to help much......so i have been diagnosed with hallux rigidus,an injury caused bunion and metatarsal sprain.....im am getting worried cause its been five months and ive had constant pain every day with or with shoes......aleve and pills barely help.......i can kinda get around with a cane but if anyone can give me any advice or share their experience with bunions or foot injury i would really appreciate.....i am at my wits ends......i cant work or really get around to well......and the pain is getting hard to deal with.........can a sprain take this long to heal? is hallux rigidus permanent? do bunions hurts constantly? my bunion is not large and my toe is not bent under my other toe..........also i get a horrible burning in my foot....mostly on the bottom........im supposed to get another cortisone shot next week......the doc said it will calm down the inflamation........i dont want foot surgery.....is there any other option?

Highschool basketball help?

Im going to be a sophmore next year and i LOVE the game of basketball. Ive been told im a great player by a number of coaches around the area and i really work to get better. But when i tried out for our highschool team my freshmen year i ran into a problem. The coach makes everyone trying out do conditioning which i was scared for life at because there was girls ping out and throwing up all over the place. It was wrong. Then i got cut. All of his "favorite group of girls" made it who play for him every year when only two freshmen made the team (one of which whose mom istant coaches) . When other coaches around town found out they called him a complete idiot. I really hate this guy, he didnt really give me a chance. Ok, so, I know that you can refine cards for pretty good items, like adamatoise. (Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) So, I was wondering, if I were to refine a whole bunch of cards (To max my character's stats, and make the best weapons) Would I be able to get the cards back? Because if I can't get the cards back, then I won't refine them :P. Because I know if you refine the Pupu card there is no way to get it back. Is this the same for any of the other cards? Dodge Stratus Trip Computer Error?

I drive a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT. Tonight when I was driving home on the highway my car did the "ding" noise it does when someone has opened the door. When I glanced at the instrument cluster to see if it had said a door was open; I realized that my trip computer had automatically reset itself. It had just been reset yesterday when I purchased gas, so it hadn't reached but maybe 100 miles. This is the first time something awkward like this has happened. Any suggestions as to why this happened?

I don't know about any way to just to the right click and save as thing but I do know of a very easy way. You can get music videos off youtube.com Go there and find what you're looking for. THen go t vixy.net and copy and paste the URL from the youtube video into the box. Make sure you select mp4 from the dropdown menu then click start. THe file will be converted so you can use it on your player. Then you download it and put it on your player. Thats the easiest and cheapest way I can think of. The video quality is pretty good too. I do this all the time on my ipod video..

In the movie The Reader, was Kate Winslet's character just someone who followed orders to a fault?

That movie had a dramatic trial discussion about what the woman played by Winslet did, and that there was a consequence for her merciless action. The other women or guards denied it, but Winslet's role took the blame because she understood right from wrong at that point finally. I was very surprised to see such an actress strip layers of herself, and become like a villain sort of that you thought you would have compion for even, because they showed her ual and sentimental side, not to mention her beauty without make-up. A lot of actresses don't go as far as Kate in her films. She shows a lot humanity I think. She never hides much, she has dramatic films as hamlet, quills, jude, mostly Titanic of course, heavenly creatures, iris, oh and Revolutionary Road. I cannot feel sorry for Kate Winslet. She's undeniably one of the bravest and brilliant actress I have ever seen. She loves food, doesn't worry about what people think. In the reader the guy looked good. It was very sad that she killed herself in that role. But we're speaking of a fictional character played by Kate Winslet, and she came out with awards and tears for Leo, and lots of people love her.
