Why do world leaders go to Bohemian Grove?

I was doing a bit of research and stumbled onto the topic of Bohemian Grove. Supposedly, it's a place where the elite go every year for a "Cremation of Care" ritual. And it's not just a rumor, there have been videos and pictures of past presidents like Reagan and Nixon, and even Bush going there. So I thought, okay maybe it's some sort of club, but what do they do? I did more research and found a video of the "ritual". I'm not a religious person in the slightest, but the ritual shocked and disgusted me. It looked like a KKK or satanic ritual. Supposedly it's just for entertainment but what confuses me is how anybody could find something like that entertaining. Anyway, so now I'm wondering why they go there. Does anybody know why?
