My Question Is, even I have a clean house - so I believe, I have a mouse in my house, I am not really in the?

a Mouse in my house and I have proof as I put something 'there' and the next morning it was 'going. And often I hear this noise of something during the night. and I find even in my packed boxes, the mouse was eating up something I put into the box for my grandchildren, along with toys. ( a whole lolli and a packet of cornflakes.) How do I get rid of it without killing that mouse as I never see her during the day.
