Shouldn't Eric Holder explain why he dropped the Black Panther case?

They don't care and anyway, the Obama administration does not encourage explanation, apology or accountability. We are told what they want us to hear, we are expected to believe it and, that the administration - including Holder, will tell us what is appropriate, what they think we can understand and, if they believe some information might place them in a poor light, then they will ignore it and carry on in typical fashion.
