My Goat was attacked by my horse?

My Alpine goat was attacked by a horse, he is weak, panting, and neck is swollen, what can I do? I bathed him in bedadine because he had mild abrasions and his hair was pulling off. I'm really worried because he isn't eating and he is listless. He had trouble getting up, and walked slowly and carefully. I'm most worried he is bleeding internally....what can I do?
