Parisian Style Music On Concertina/Accordion?

I'm starting the concertina (similar to the accordion) and the concertina is ociated to polka music, but the problem is I cannot stand polka. The type of music I'd like to play is more of a jazzy, parisian type music. The issue is that when ever I try to find sheet music for that I can't find any. So what would be the kind of genre would this music be called?
