Aren't Liberals the cheapest tippers? How many people here have these Liberals cheated out of a tip?

We don't tip in Australia cause we pay our service staff a living wage. I can't believe in the US the customer pretty much pays the wage and not the employer in the hospitality industry. What a disgrace.
