How do i get in shape for soccer?
im 14 and soccer starts April 16 IVE NEVER PLAYED BEFORE, and im playing travel which is like for beginners, i have about a month and a half for training... I REALLY want to play forward (striker) or midfield, i go to a privet gym everyday after school go on a advanced elliptical and set resistance on about 7 and height to about 2 and it works out my thighs and calves. I keep going till i burn about 250-270 calories and my heart rates high an my calves are sore. Then i go to a calve machine set it on 60 pounds and do three sets, and then a different calve machine then i work out some other part of my body BUT IM ONLY DOING CALVE MACHINES 2WICE A WEEK. and when i get home i do about 50 push ups and 70 sit ups and like 70 toe foot raises or whatever they call them. O and when the weather niceness up i have a soccer Field close to my house im going to go practice kicks and dribbles and goals AND im on a HEALTHY DIET im eating lots of healthy meals NO MORE CHIPS CANDY JUNK POP, and drinking lots of water any tips on how i can get faster and better at dribbling and shooting and well everything sites would be helpful to THANKS 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER
