Veinocol or Vein Guard?

My mom needs some help on her varicose vein. She had a laser surgery and that did not help her. now she suffers a lot. I was looking for the medecines that can foundementally help her, if possible. I found vein guard and vinocol on line. They both look pretty good. Anybody has any experience on these products? Thanks so much..
