What features will L A Noire have?

i don't have any clue what features L A Noire is going to have:- can we buy landmarks,buy cars,buy clothes and will it be like that after we finish the game can we still continue from that part not like that so called mafia 2(after we finish the game we can only replay chapters because of that i hated it)so i want L A Noire to be like GTA RDR That after we finish the game we still do the usual things.:D
