and increase in enzyme concentration increases enzyme activity becuase there are more enzymes to react with substrates. and increase in substrate concentration also increases the reate of enzyme activity because there are more substrates to react with teh enzymes. competitive inhibitors decrrease enzyme activity becuase they compete with the substrates by blocking the enzymes active site so the substrate cannot react with it
