Christs sake it gets worse?

im 70 foot up on the scaffold helping the roofing lads get the tiles down, my "boss" shouts up "hi-viz vest please mate" like yeah thats going to save me hitting the ground. anyway his prize lacky and informer staggers back from the bar and lights a smoke up while the ahem "boss" is asking me to put on my hi-viz vest. if i go for a piss without my hard hat, hes rapping the porta-cabin window pointing to his head. the site alky is staggering about trying to direct the diggers. WTF! please help.
